MALEY was founded in 2025 by childhood friends who grew up with strong imaginations and big dreams. As adults, they have both achieved university degrees in the subjects they were strongest in as children.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned items must have tags still on, be unused and be returned in original product packaging.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. Such as:
Deodorant stains, Dirt, Makeup, Perfume or other smell, Sweat or damages to fabric or seams.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps(Domestic/Innanlands):
1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
2. Fill out and put the printed return slip into the package.
3. Seal up the package snugly and stick the prepaid return shipping label that you received with your order on the outside of the package.
3. Take the package to the next Dropp place and initiate a return with them.
4. After we have received the returned items we will inspect the product and initiate a refund if conditions have been followed.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps(International):
First, make sure that all conditions are applicable.
Conditions:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached. We are unable to accept items that show signs of wear.
- Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return and the reasons. We will send you a DHL return label within 1–2 business days.
2. Fill out and put the printed return slip into the package.
3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest DHL Service Point.
4. After we have received the returned items and inspected the product, we will process your refund to the original payment method,
if conditions have been followed.
Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or an incorrect item was sent.
